| hi, ill start by saying im about to be 22 and lost my virginity at 16. i have a problem, and i dont think its premature ejaculation - i never had that problem, but for some reason when i have sex or even masterbate or get a handjob, i can no longer control myself! im very worried seeing how i never had this before, and im apprehensive about going to bed because the last thing i need is girls to start talking. it seems that when my penis gets friction, i start getting "the feeling" very quickly, and if dont stop then i have an orgasm, where as before it would take me a while to reach the orgasm no matter how hard or quickly i was having sex or getting a handjob. i have no STDs for a fact and this is the only thing wrong with my penis, so im wondering if anyone out there has something similar or the same? are there any topical creams or ointments i can apply or that you would suggest? any certain medications or pills to alleviate if not get rid of the situation? im going to go to the doctor very soon (i have no medical insurance) but wanted feedback beforehand if possible. thank you, i would appreciate your help! |

It's not a physical disease so put your mind at rest. It could be classified as rapid or premature (it happens before you want it to) ejaculation and unfornately, the more you worry about it the worse it can become. 
Your doctor should be able to help or at least refer you to a specialist who can provide some guidance. |
