Hello! I am 17. I have had a girlfriend for 6 months now and we decided to have sex. We tried once but it ended up two quickly, me being too quickly of course. I was wondering if there was somebody who could explain to me how to deal with this premature ejaculation and how to work on it to make it better. Thank you

When I was a teenager I used to practice this technique called The Masters and Johnson method in order to control my orgasms. Although it is effective now, it took me some time to get where I am now. You need to be patient and practice it regularly. Practice it while masturbating or with your partner if she is willing to help you. Begin by bringing yourself to a point relatively close to climax, then stop and allow yourself to relax before starting again. Each time you do this, bring yourself closer and closer to orgasm until you cannot control it any longer. By repeating this procedure many times on different occasions, it will help you learn where your point of climax is. Once you have learned to realize your "point of no return" you should be able to direct stimulation from your partner leading up to orgasm. You should do a non-coital stimulation with your partner, oral sex would be best and gradually allow yourself to reach that point just before ejaculation. Let her know to stop and lose your erection partially. Repeat these steps several times to get the hang of it. And go for it!
