Greetings, I am female who is 26 years old and I just got pregnant. I have a history with pilates exercises, and I like doing this. I was wondering if it would be safe for me to continue these exercises. If I can continue with them, I would like to know about the restrictions. This is pretty important thing for me. My doctor explained a few things, when I was pregnant. He said that Pilates exercises and massage too can help me during my pregnancy. But he also told me that I can't do all of the exercises. You can't lay on your stomach while doing these exercises. You should go to your doctor to explain all to you, because I really don't remember everything. I hope that I helped you at least a little.
