pressure discomfort ribs ibs

I feel pressure discomfort in my ribs and lungs, and I have stomach pain as well. First I thought it was just muscles, but I went on x-ray just in case and they said that I am healthy. Could it be IBS? Did anyone have any similar experience?

I have been suffering from IBS and four weeks ago I was on some treatment which really helped me, again .I was on hysterectomy five months ago. Surgery included removal and repair severe internal scarring in an effort to relive some of the pain and pressure in my abdomen. But pain returned. I was feeling sick, I could not breathe I often felt pressure discomfort in my ribs and once or twice I had chest pains. Fortunately I found some tablets on the Internet and despite my skepticism I ordered them. I am feeling well now.
