i have suffered from what is very difficult to describe exactly but is like a pressure in my head, pretty mush all over, sometimes it can become an actual headache ie. a sharp pain or ache on one temple...often my left sometimes my right instead, but it does change in nature. but the one element that always remains is this pressure. I have had this on and off...but MUCH MORE ON for about 9 months. at the beginning i had a cat scan which 'apparantly' showed nothing. it has not changed..if anything its worse and more lasting. it is a VERY VERY VERY frustrating feeling. it makes me exhausted and overwhelmed as well as short tempered and unable to do a lot. I often also feel breathless with it, like i cant get a full lung full of air and another way of describing the 'feeling' would be like my brain is suffocating. the sensation is very very strange and nothing i have experienced previously. it is quite terrifying actually since no one can tell me what it is. it is also not affected at all my any type of pain killers or ibuprofen etc. the doctor has no idea and just wanted to give me beta blockers but i prefer more natural approaches. i know you could say that if it was something very bad it would be MUCH worse by now, but honestly im hanigng on by a thread and im not sure how much longer i can stand this sensation. it feels as though im waiting for something to happen in my body...and its just gonna blow.
please if you have any advice...i would appreciate it massively.
