pressure in the rectum - scrotum area

When sitting down I feel pressure between the anus and the scrotum area. I also notice the pelvic bone pressure points on both sides when sitting. I have had xray on my pelvis with nothing indentified. I have had prostate test with nothing identified.
Any help would be appreciated
