Hi. I heard that too. I have read somewhere that candidates for primary rhinoplasty are more likely to experience post-operative complications because of certain, specific anatomic characteristics. I had rhinoplasty and it all went fine. Dr. Philip Miller was my surgeon. I like my new nose. I was embarrassed at first, to show up in public, because my nose wasn`t exactly what I had in mind. Now I see my surgeon was right, this nose is just perfect for my face. It fits. Anyway, every surgery, including primary rhinoplasty, has its` risks. I was aware of all risks and I took a shot.
