problem with Testicular Twisting

Hello,
I am a 19 year old male, and I am a moutian biker who spends many hours on the trail.. well during one of my rides last summer I had hit a large stump thrusting myself onto the seat of the bike causing some how both of my testicals to twist around what seem to be a couple times I didn't think much of this till about a month later I felt somewhat large kidney shaped lumps towards the back of my testicals which seem to be a attached I'm doubting Testical Cancer since these seem to be related to some what sharp pains from time to time and are a bit touchy. one of these lumps seems to be a bit round while the other is more tube like they are rather hard.. is this anything to be worried about?.. or is it something that will cause little harmed if unchecked?
