| I'm 17 but, when I was goin threw puberty I had hard, sore nipples but after puberty they were back to normal. My lil bro went threw this too. The best advice that i can tell u is to not let anyone pinch them! |

| Well I'm turning 21 next week and I still have the same problem I had my whole life I guess I'm getting used to it but you never really can and it doesn't seem to be changing I hope you other guys have better luck. |

Hi I'm a male 15yrs and have the problem 2. when im cold the nipple goes down but when im hot there big (I live in AUS so there always big)
I'm sure ive herd of a chinese herb thingi that if u rub it on (its like a cream) it helps it shrink, can anyone confirm this??? |

if you dont like your nipples showing through your shirts, do what i say;
• go to your doctor and tell them your problem
• ask for a reference to a plastic surgeon
• tell the plastic surgeon your problem and ask them to fix it for you
• if they say they cant, dont stop until you find one that will do it
by the way, there isnt much pain afterwards and if you get what your looking for, its so worth it.
if you dont get what you want, go back and get it re done.
my nipples stuck through my shirts so much, and they were always erect.
i had on surgery and that did shit... and the doc was the best in my state 
i went to another doc, he did a good job, but he didnt do exactly as i wanted. and they still showed through my shirt and became erect (i asked to stop my nipples from becoming erect again via cutting nerve endings)
i still havnt got what i want, and i dont feel comfortable wearing one shirt just yet, so im going back in to get it fixed again. it better work, im getting really annoyed with it, 6 years is a long time dont ya think
but yeh , im just rambling
the only way to get it fixed is by surgery
once you get what you want, you need to keep ur body toned, so there can be no chance of it ever happening again
to all of you out there with the same sort of problem as me, i truly hope you get yours fixed to how you want it. i know what its like, its annoying and embarrassing, and unfair that most other people go through it
oh, i guess the other thing i can tell you that has been helping me on my way
dont let anyone tell you that you dont need it, or once you get it done, that its fine.
ITS PERFECT WHEN YOU SAY IT IS!! AND THATS THAT.
dont let anyone stop you from being happy.
ive got another appointment tomorrow. hopefully ill book another date for surgery and be over this horror forever, i really want to live |

Well thanks for that, it was exactly what we all needed to hear. It seems as though we are all confident lads but that confidence gets destroyed whenever we are on the beach or in the changing rooms or whatever!!! It's easy for someone that hasn't experienced it to just tell us to stop moaning and get a life but the attached socail stigma can be excruciatingly embarassing.
Same as you guys. 14 years old, both nips and it is just horrible  |

all wrong.. different thing alltogether and is only common in overweight people of any age with high eosrogen levels..
wat u dudes got, is normal in tall people or overweight people.. but it isnt "bitch tits" f*** surgery... u dont want scars.. just wait a while eventually they will go..
that quote was absolutely the wrong thing altogether.. if theres bubles under um they aint bitch tits.. bitch tits are like little boobs.. bigger than wat we got.. which only involves our nipples.. |

| Hey, I started when I was 12 and they were quite big at first but my older brother had them and some of my mates did, but not I have just it on my right nipple and increadibly huge, I'm worried it's a tumour or somethingt because of the size. I'm really worried. I don't know if I should go get checked out. I'm in good shape btw Athletic/boxer. |
