Headache is one of the commonest ailments with which patients come to a doctor, so I have to tell that is not as scary as you might think. Headache may be a forerunner of a variety of eye problems, and anyone who is suffering from a constant headache should consult an eye specialist at first. Most people believe that eyestrain and the need for glasses are the commonest cause of headache, which is not true. However, need for glasses are not the only cause for headache, but diagnosis of headache can usually be established by history and examination alone. Some other diagnostic aids like x-ray of the skull, CAT-scan, MRI and other diagnostic tests are required when trouble with constant headache occur. Most headaches can be divided into the following groups, cased with muscle contraction and eyestrain. By far the most frequent type of headache caused by muscle contraction. The pain is seldom felt over the contracting muscles but is usually referred to areas such as the forehead, temple, or eyeballs. This headache type can occur due to the daily stress of life, whether at home or work. It may also occur from sleeping or working long hours in unusual positions or prolonged close work, and this type of constant headache can be relieved with a painkiller, but still I would recommend to your sister to visit a doctor.

Most symptoms like headaches can be helped with a person changing his/hers eating habits.
My wife had migraines many times since college and started taking The Greatest Vitamin in the World last year and have not had a single migraine since then
