After many years I had health problems, I realized I need a doctor. In that time, I started to find there was a connection between food and my stomach sickness. I got diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome, which was connected to glutamine intolerance. My doctor said how IBS could be induced with flour or gluten. After he realized this is probably my problem, he recommended me a gluten free diet, so I want to hear if there is anyone with similar experience.

I had exactly the same problem, and glutamine free diet was the only way to go. When I was doing this, my stomach stopped heaving all the time after about a week. After three days, my indigestion disappeared. My experience was that after about three weeks glutamine free I was dismissed from work because of lack of work output and being sick all the time. I still felt bad but I felt better than I felt before, everything thanks to glutamine free diet. However, I could tell you that glutamine sensitivity or intolerance is about one in 10,000 in Asia. There is number like this because they do not eat much flour. When I was searching a little bit about this and about problem with glutamine intolerance, I found good advice. After this, I brought some l-glutamine from a health food store, which was the chemically make stuff not the stuff grown on yeast. I had feeling, as I was much better after this, so I would recommend it to you.
