Greetings, I am a single mother who is 43 years old. My daughter is 15 years old teenager. She is really depressed all the time and I don't know how to help her out. What should I do? Can you please help me? When she is unhappy, I am sad too. Thank you in advance for your answers.

Listen here, you shouldn't worry too much. Remember how it was when you were a teenager. Just be considerate mother, and spend as much time with her as you can. Or if you are spending too much time with her, cut her some slack. Listen what she has to say. Conversation is usually the best possible approach.
