problems: disease? and testicular lumps?

i have a number of problems

for over a year now ive had this "cyst" on my left testicle. I went to the doctor after a while when i first found it. But i also have like 6 smaller ( very small) ones below it where it is attached to the ball. The bigger one doesnt hurt unless i pull at it or squeeze it relatively hard. But the smaller ones are painfull to touch/scratch (dont notice them though unless im looking). Im not sure if the doc saw these smaller ones.. could they be cancer?

occasionly every like 2 or 3 months the left one is kind of agony to disturb
and once i got this really random back ache. hurt to walk. I know the back ache can be a symptom of testes cancer.. not sure whether these are to with this (hopefully harmless) cyst.

can i add that i think i had an undescended testicle when i was a baby
problem 2/ is it possible to get herpes and be a virgin. Here i go.

first i noticed some tiny white pimple things on my penis. Near the top some random and some in a kind of pattern... most underneath. I have also got these on my scrotum and top lip. One time i got like a few big ones on my shaft and they were full of pus and bled a weird coulor blood when i popped them. And the head (red bit )seems to be a bit rough and looks a bit crackly :S They tend to die down a bit if i go over kill on baths and showers but never go away.
im also getting a couple of kind of p***y spots on my arms n legs.

please help a very worried guy out Sad

(ps im very very shy when it comes to talking with doctors and family about it.)
