These problems can be divided into few groups: technical problems and problems related to the dose of local anesthetic. Technical problems include headaches and post dural puncture headaches, back pain, injury to nerves and permanent injury to the spinal cord. Second group of problems are problems related to the dose of local anesthetic; these problems include problems with low blood pressure, shivering, bladder distension, leg numbness and supine hypotension.
