hi please i can retract my foreskin fully when flacid however when i am erect it comes just past the head.when i try to masturbate it feels uncomfortable and dry a bit like its scraping across the head even though it moves freely what is the problem?also there is a slight smell coming from the head

You might want to shower. Water will get the dirt and rocks out of the top and maybe relieve you of that sand paper feeling.

As for the smell, I would bet that the shower, with soap, will help that as well Wink
