I hope that you can help me with my problem. I could use some advice. I had these pimples on my face. They were supposed to vanish in couple of days, but they did not. They dried, but still they are on my face. What am I to do? I have a lot of work to do these days, so I do not sleep well. Combining that and these pimples, I really do not look great in the morning. How am I to solve these problems with my face?
Well, I suppose that no one does look his or her best in morning. Anyway, about your problem. I was in a similar situation couple of years ago. The real cause was in immune system. I have been sleeping for 4 or 5 hours at most for several weeks due to my work obligations. Immune system has decreased its strength level, so small scars that should heal fast, do that much, much slower. Plenty of rest should solve your problem.
