Hello. I am a woman 35 years old and I have low progesterone levels. My husband and I are trying to conceive for the last four months. Nothing. We went to the doctor and my doctor said that I have progesterone deficiency. I would like to know what would be the best way for me to take progesterone. Any ideas? Thanks.

You know how it is. In that age, progesterone levels start to fall. You can take progesterone as a pill, a shot, vaginal suppository or a cream. If you ask me, you should use the cream. It is used in the easiest way. I am trying to conceive too, but nothing so far. Good luck to both of us!
