prolonged heavy bleeding post abortion fatigue

I had an abortion at 9weeks pregnant. Afterwards I was bleeding at the epected level. The next month my menstrual period came as expected and was normal. But the following period was HEAVY! I was soaking more than 2 heavy pads an hour, passing large clots, tablespoons at a time. Lots of pain in abdominal area. This continued for about 3 hours, and then i haad a regular period. The followinmg period was the same with alot of cramping and abdominal pain, soaked entire back of jeans and pad and tampon down to knees. HELP
