promethazine with codeine syrup?

I have strong headaches. Unfortunately, no analgesic could help m. Problem occurred when I gad a car accident and hit my head. Injury was healed; pain subdued, but was not gone. I take codeine syrup, but I am thinking of adding something else in the therapy. Perhaps promethazine. Will that combination work?

This combination might be dangerous because both of these medications affect CNS. Their effect is depression, so they could cause some not so minor damage to you. I don’t think that your initiative here has a solid ground. Please, consult someone who is an expert in this field and see what would be their advice. I hop you will find the right medication for your condition.
