I am interested in action of prostaglandin e-1 in treatment of sexual impotence. I was on therapy with antidepressives for 4 years and I lost my libido. I need suggestions about drugs that may produce erection. I think that my problem is not irreversible; I just need some help right now. Thank you.
Prostaglandin e-1 is well known as alprostadil, and it is vasodilatator. It can increase blood flow by expanding blood vessels. This drug is used to produce erection in a treatment of erectile dysfunction. It is available with doctor’s prescription like urethral and parenteral dosage form. prostaglandin e-1 may cause side effects, like flu-like symptoms, dizziness or pelvic pain.
