Hi, I'm concerned with sex in a relationship when there is frequent prostate infection. Should I be concerned of sperm from oral sex or in the vagina. I have had 4 bladder infections in one year and my doctor thinks its because of intercourse. And should I be aware of it in oral sex. I can't seem to find the answer to these questions anywhere, can you help me. Can an infection pass from a male to a female from the sperm.

Yes, men are able to carry the infection, and the couple is able to pass the infection from one to the other.

If you don't already, pee immediately after every episode of intercourse. This really helps to prevent infections.

If you get an infection, drink 100% natural cranberry juice. I mention this because most of the time you go to the grocery store and get like 25% juice with high fructose corn syrup that won't make the matter any better. Take 2 capsules of garlic three times daily and 500 mg of vitamin C every three hours. I've had a couple of infections myself and doing this has rid the infection in a couple of days without prescription medication.

To get rid of the infection between you both, try a candida and kidney/bladder cleanse. This will kill the bacteria, yeast, etc. that's causing the infection. There's no guarantee that these cleanses will work, but I would definitely do them if I were in your shoes.
