I am not so new in the gym, I am going for the past six months. My main reason was to have some physical activity and nothing more. But now when I see how good my body response to activity a want to get more muscle mass. People from the gym have different opinions about intake of protein, carbs and fat. What can you tell me?

Oh, the everlasting topic. You can get as many different answers as there are different advisors. I did some exploring on the subject and here is what I have found out. The basic thing you should know is how your body burns energy. If you are a slow burner then you intake ratio for protein:carb:fat should be 20:70:10, if you are moderate burner then 35:50:15, and if you are fast burner then 50:30:20.
