In the gym where I make my workout I have been heard a different stories about proteins and its origin. Which kind of proteins has the greatest efficiency for cutting and for weight gaining? Is it important to be fresh or frozen having the same quality? Does the time of the day take a role in digestion proteins?

Proteins with greatest efficiency for building the whole body are elementary part of fish (especially tuna in the water), chicken breasts, egg white and beef without fat. These high quality proteins should take a 50-60% of daily nutrition regimen divided in 6 meals. It is recommended that every meal contain proteins.
