Lately, protein powder has become a mainstream. For which category of people is intended? Do I need it? I am 26 and I keep exercising twice a week, just to be in form. If I would like to increase my trainings, do I have to use protein powder? How to use protein powder?

Protein powder is the essential building blocks for muscle. Bodybuilders generally consumed it in place of a meal or immediately after exercising. You can find on the market three most popular types of protein are whey, egg, and soy. Athletes take 25 grams of per day, but bodybuilders generally consume 150 grams per day.

What about the age that the protien powder supplements are intended for?

I'm 15 years old and beggining to workout about 3-4 times each week.

Just wondering if its safe for me to have these supplements?
