Can you help me deal with problems? My sister is with me on the same college. Our parents are in other town. I am very close with my sister. She has severe psychological problems with eating disorder. I don't know what to do. Should I tell that to my parents? But she asked me not to tell.

The trust is very important thing in family relations. It is hard when you are between two fires. In this case I think it is crucial to speak with your parents but your sister doesn't have to know about this. They can just show up to visit you and they will surely see what is going on and your sister can not blame you. You didn't mentioned what type of eating disorder she has. But every one of them can produce severe consequences, especially psychological. Her self esteem is shaken. You must help her to override it.
