I need an advice. In a few days I am starting to work as secretary in one fashion firm. It is great news because it is the job that I could just dream of. But now comes the problem. I have one psychology problem. Every time I have to go on some place of great importance for me I get diarrhea. Now I am frightened that will happen when I go to work. What to do?

It is a common psychology problem. There is no person in the world that did not feel it. I have it every time I go to the dentist. It is rather annoying. You are just experiencing the enhanced symptoms. There are some medications you can use either for diarrhea or for calming down. Of course the best solution is to ask the professional help from psychologist.
