i have no medical no way to get on meds for 3months im working with the crisis center but i am at my worst right now im scared hearing voices that arent there and being angery for no apparent reason and im in a relationship with someone who cares about me and i dont want to hurt this preson while im going through theese changes i dont know what to do my outbursts are not constant come and go atleast 3 or more a week but problems had been dorment for two years until now how is that possible?
