im 16 and i think i hit puberty but i dont know i have hair around my penis, but it is still really small i dont know whats going on i started to gro hair at age 12 but then it just stoped please write back

many boys start around 10, they just dont realize it. Hair around the penis isn't the first sign. Things happen at different times.A good way to check is f you can ejaculate, if you can you definately in puberty
if not, you may still be in it, just hat didnt develope yet!
