pubic abscess?

ok so yesterday i noticed a small bump on the upper region of my labia. near my hip bone. well today, it burst and all this gross pus came pouring out. i figurred it was just an ingrown hair. but tonight it had gotton huge, red and very sore! i dont have health insurance so i cant go to the doctor. i just popped it a little while ago and evrn more pus blood and clear liquid came out. i am a bit worried about it and i would like to know what it is...and how to treat it at home. should i wash it in epsom salt and/or take amoxicillan to try and cure it? please help!!!
