What are symptoms of pulmonary hypertension? Is it symptomatic disease? I heard that high blood pressure is almost often asymptomatic. Is pulmonary hypertension also quiet killer? How is it treated?

Pulmonary hypertension is lung disorder in which blood pressure in pulmonary artery raises very high levels. Normal average is about 14mmHg, and in patients with pulmonary hypertension it may be greater than 25mm Hg. Changes in small blood vessels in lungs increase resistance to blood flowing. The first symptoms are fatigue and tiredness. Difficulties in breathing, dizziness, chest pain, bluish discoloration of lips occur later in this disease.
