What is procedure for identifying pulmonary metastasis? Also I would like to now if it will be possible to diagnose if tumor extended on bowel resection?

Well usual chest x-ray may identify pulmonary metastasis. There is computed tomography of the abdomen and pelvis, with rectal, oral and intravenous contrast which will show if tumor extended on bowel resection. Also an intravenous pyelogram may obtain urethral obstruction or bladder involvement. But if you want to now for sure you have to ask your doctor about it. S/he can only give you prognosis for your diagnose.
