Enough is enough! I had battle with all kinds of rashes, acnes, pimples and other "nice" things that can occur on the face. My skin is obviously too sensitive for Earth! I am teenager, but still those things are showing up too often. Now I have some yellowish things on my lips. Doctor says that those are pustules. Do you have any information about pustules?

Of course! It is well known nightmare of every teenager. I have lost one relationship because of pustules. They are caused by inflammation that has turned into pus and broke trough the skin. It looks just like you said. The small yellowish zit appears like a pimple. They can produce scars if it is large. You can use creams but not all of them are effective. Ask your doctor what creams and gels are most effective to your skin.
