Male,64 yo, 40 year illeostomy, psc patient, current abdomen lesion that has been prescribed cipro and 6 wk taper prednison. Lesion improved 80% and then regressed rapidly . End of prednisone and now dr. (surgeon) wants repeat of prednisone or remicide and we can not afford the remicide.

Is there a cure for this pyroderma g. ?

Should be seek a dermatologist's opinion?
