question about red blisters on lips and hood

i recently developed blister like sores on my lips and hood in my vaginal area i havent been with anyone but my husband he was currently in iraq and we just had a baby almost 3 months ago these blisters are very painful and itchy they also seem to be leaking when irratated. i had a spider bite on my left lip about 5 days ago its not healed but it doesnt seem to be hurting anymore either. what could this be from? we have tried useing condoms till i get on birth control seeing as we dont want to get pregnant again anytime soon. the condoms hurt so we just dont use them we havent been having sex either since i got these my next appt isnt for a few more weeks and i cant get in any sooner, can this be a form of herpies if so how did i get them if i havent been with anyone else?
