Hi im 17 and been recently masterbating alot and on consecutive days and recently red has been coming out and I believe it to be blood I should stop for a couple of days and then see if it happens again or should I be concerned right now Please help me

Maybe you should stop for a little while, see what happen. Cause it could be because you over Masturbate, like, maybe twice in the same hour? Try it and get back to me.
