question bout testicals feeling a bit tingly.

Hey I have started noticing minor problems with my genital area. this is about the third day now and its kinda scaring me a bit. I have noticed my testicles are a bit tingly and its almost impossible for me to get erected. my penis is like the smallest i've ever seen it. usually it's sensitive to get hard pretty easily. but lately, its not happening. I was wondering if you guys knew what might be the cuase of this?
