rapid heart rate at nights

I couldn't sleep whole night again. It has been like this for 3 months, and the only reason I am not seeing a doct in medical insurance….long story. Anyway I cheeked my pulse and BP several times, 113/95 and pulse 135. The thing is that I have these rapid heart bits only at night. What could be a reason for this

I experienced rapid heart rate, breathing rate, and insomnia for several weeks. So, I did exam and Doctor diagnosed me with anxiety, but I knew something wasn't right. I went off the patch and everything went away. I could have stroke because of this. I am so angry. So, if you have a patch ...here is your answer.
