I have heard many stories about losing weight in just a few days. Of course, it was not weight, only water but I have never managed to do so. The most bizarre thing I heard is that you drink water all day long when the moon is full. You don’t eat anything and you get rid of 3-4 pounds. Or be on a very restrictive diet for one-two weeks and lose 7-8. The only thing that worked for me is 12 pounds in a month with a good diet plan.
