I work in a hot mill. I stand for 12 hours a day. when I start sweeting, I get a very sore rash that burns and hard to walk between my butt cheeks. I tried to put regular water on it but it burns very much. I have tried regular anti-itch cream but the systom keeps comming back. Its very painful to sit or walk when I get the rash. This happens every day at work and feels like I cant perform my duties good cause I am to sore between the cheeks. What can I do to prevent this
