I am taking Celecoxib for my arthritis. I am afraid that I am experiencing side effects of the drug. Lately I’ve been felling heart tightness, burring in stomach and something like rash or allergy occurred few days ago. Should I wait for my regular check or to go to see my doctor? What are side effects of Celecoxib?

Serious side effects can occur during treatment with Celexcosib, sometimes without any warning. Possible warning signs occur like: swelling of the face, fingers or feet, lower legs; severe stomach pain, burning stomach; black, tarry stools, vomiting of blood; unusual weight gain, skin rash. Signs of serious heart problems could occur such as chest pain, tightness in chest, fast or irregular heartbeat. I think you should stop taking this medicine and check with your doctor immediately.
