I wish to know, raynauds and stress – are they linked? I have been suffering from this annoying illness for almost a year now. Doctor said that there is a possibility that I got this condition due to accumulated stress. I do have a stressing job, I work at the office without any room for mistake and that creates intensive and unhealthy atmosphere. Still, is it possible that it can affect me physically?
Actually, it is very possible. And I will add, this does not stand only for raynauds, there is a great variety of illnesses and conditions that are caused by stress. So, stop worrying, at least when you are not at work. People today tend to transfer their problems from work to home and vice versa, which is not good.
