really sore clitoris

last night i had sex with one of my guy friends. he was rubbing my clitoris very vigorously to the point that i was have sharp pains, so i would kinda pull back n he would stop briefy but kept goin back to it between intercourse. because of embarassment i didnt want to tell him that it was uncomfortable. now the next day my clitoris region is really red and sore but there was no bleeding. is it possible that the skin around it ripped or stretched? is this a cause for concern or does it jsut need a few days to heal?

Hi, I dont think there is a cause of concern. I recommend about 2 - 3 days see how it is going. When you are in the shower run cold water over the sore area for about 1 minute. If the redness and sore doesnt go away after 3 days i would see a doctor. Good luck

go to the baby section and get that puppy cream. Put some in the area in the night and you will see next mornign will be much much better.
