My ex wife bought me Empirin and told me to take it daily for heart attack prevention. Long time ago I lost all my confidence in her so, I must ask someone else for advice. Do you know what are recommended daily dose of empirin if taken for preventing heart attack?

I didn't quite understand. Did you get advice from the medical expert to take Empirin or your wife gave you medical advice and brought you a drug? If your doctor recommended you to take Emipirin than he or she need to give you dosage. Anyhow, recommended daily dose of empirin if used for preventing heart attack is one tablet daily.
