| I just past the 6 week point after surgery, and have received 5 sessions of ultrasound heat therapy, and my feet are still killing me! I walk around in the house and short errands, always wear shoes, and am doing the stretches 3x a day, why am I healing soooooo slowly, I need to get back to work, (standing 12 hour days) ??? The longest I can walk around is about 1 hour and then am in pain, ( also I take Ibuprofen all day!) |
