rectal white-stretchy mucus discharge only after bowel movement

Hi,
I have had this white discharge for a while, but it only happens after or with a bowel movement. I have noticed also that it occurs especially after I eat something fatty. Like cheese for example. What is this? I have no pain associated with it. I have noticed now that I do get bloated after I eat starchy foods. I am a 37yr. old female. I have bowel movements 2-3 times a day. Pls Advice. It is either parasites or candida. Usually the two go hand and hand. An underlying cause of candida is parasites which you can get from raw, unwashed fruits and veggies, undercooked or raw meat, sushi, undercooked, raw fish, and household pets (especially outdoor ones).

Do a candida cleanse and it should help but it can take a few months to get them all out of your system.

If the mucus discharge is from the vagina, it may be Candida. If the discharge is from the anus it may be Crohns disease. She stated she has bowel movements 2-3 times a day, leads me to believe it is Crohns or maybe even Celiac disease but it totally depends on where mucus discharge is coming from.
