recurring thrush! how to make it go away?

hi, i am 14 years old and have had reoccuring thrush for about 2 years now. i had been to the doctor once about it and i have tried a series of creams but none of them are working for very long and the thrush just keeps coming back, its so frustrating. does anyone know how to get rid of thrush for good?[/url]

My cousin has had the same problem for ages and nothing works. She uses the cream, the symptoms go away and then reappear shortly after. She hasn't found her "cure" yet. I know I'm not helpful but just wanted to let you know that it's happening to other people too.

In my case, I always get the ingrown hairs in the pubic area. It's not as bad as thrush but it can look really ugly and there's anothing I can do about it.

Are you using cotton underwear, wash with plain water only, do not use any vaginal deodorants, use only plain toilet paper with no smell and colors, etc???
