Are you sexually active and had unprotected sex lately? Fluid-like discharge reminds me of
genital herpes. Herpes bumps look like blisters and may ooze clear liquid. The first outbreak usually happens two weeks after an infection and is pretty severe, much severe than the other outbreaks that may appear later. Genital herpes may be transmitted even if you did use a condom because it is skin to skin transmission.
If you haven’t had sex, then you have nothing to worry about regarding genital herpes.
I did have ingrown hairs and they were infected by bacteria but they were filled with puss-like stuff, probably
sebum from oil glands mixed with dead bacteria and they went away after I took some antibiotics my doc prescribed. He said they would go away without treatment as well.
Fluid-filled bumps could be some kind of cysts, so I wouldn’t squeeze them too much if I were you as they may get bigger and maybe even infected.
If they persist, see a dermatologist!
