red soft fleshy bumps IN urethra, urethral bumps

I opened the lip of my urethra the other day and noticed these red/white fleshy bumps in there. They weren't painful. But i did pick at them and one began to bleed.

My last check up i was free and clear of any STD.

Any ideas? Yes I know i should see a health professional. I'm gonna set an appointment.

I went to doctor about this . I thought it was herpes. He said it was a capilary or broken capilary or something like that but he said it was normal.
