Hi me and my wife are pretty active..a few moths ago i noticed a red like substance on the left side of my head on my penis..it went away but now it came back again...it looks like a peanut shape but it's pink under the skin..it goes away slowly and there is a very small water blister beside...i went to the doctors and they said it was nothing serious but if doesn't go away to come back..now it looks more red than before and just wondering what it could be.,..
