reddening, pain on labia lips after sex

i have never had this before, but I was having protected sex with my parthner, I went dry in the middle, the condom broke, he switched and we proceeded til he finished. after, I went to pee and I had this burning sensation and the next day the pain subsided.. but when I touched it, I felt pain and found some slight spotting in my discharged. I am alarmed and please tell me if I have to panic.

same thing happens to me. Me and my boyfriend have sex, then toward the end i get swollen down there and it hurts real bad. Then sometimes my boyfriends sweat or my vaginal secretions would touch it and it would burn. I tried a cool bath and it just hurt when i put the wash cloth on it. So i just lay a bag of ice on it while i sleep and in the mornin the swelling goes down. But im used to it now. I think its called Bacterial Vaginosis. I had it for atleast a year now. I douche and shower real good with non scented gentle soaps. And it still hasnt stop. So i think the best thing for both of us to do is to go to the ob/gyn and see what they have to say about the situations.
